Returns and Refunds
Premium delivery charges, if fulfilled, are non-refundable. Your Mobility Matters may reduce refunds to account for loss in value due to damage or misuse. Once approved by our technicians, refunds will be issued within 7 days of your confirmation.

Warranty
Products include a 12-month manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise. Labour and parts are covered; postage and packaging are not.

Warranty exclusions include consumables and any damage caused by misuse, accidents, incorrect storage, water ingress, corrosion, non-licensed repairs, or battery misuse.

Shipping back to us for warranty assessment is the customer’s responsibility. Return shipping after warranty repair is covered by us (excluding packaging). Poorly packaged inbound items may be refused.

Warranty claims expire after 14 days if not responded to.

We store repaired items for a maximum of 30 days awaiting customer confirmation for return.

Ownership and Storage of Returned Items
Items remain the customer’s property. If your approval or instructions are required, items will be stored for up to 60 days. Notices will be issued for next steps. If no agreement is reached, the item will be disposed of on the 60th day.


SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may reject or limit orders.
You agree to provide accurate and current account and billing information.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools without control or warranties. Use is at your own risk.
